摘　　要：无缝钢管轧制设备中的控水拨料机构,通常布置在钢管浸水或喷淋工位之后,拨料臂运行时在空中停留一段时间,以便横移钢管的过程中控干钢管内外壁的积水。本文分析了现役设备的机构原理,并就其存在的缺陷提出了两种改进方案。The steel rolling equipment of seamless steel tube often uses mechanism for emptying water during transfer. It is usually disposed after the steel tube being soaked or sprayed. And it is used by emptying water around the tube during it being transferred. This essay analyses the principle of using equipment,and two schemes modification shall be given according to their defect.
