摘  要:论述了某高速线材生产线精整收集区域承卷平台升降装置主传动轴的改造实践过程。该传动轴位于精整区集卷站集卷筒的正下方,作用为控制承卷平台的升降动作。自投产以来该传动轴频繁损坏,严重影响整条线的正常生产。针对该事故情况进行详细分析,找出了事故原因。采用增加平衡装置的措施改善传动轴的受力状况,从根本上解决了传动轴损坏的原因,取得了很好的效果。对同类事故的处理方式可起到一定借鉴作用。In the paper,the trausformation practice of the main trasmission shaft for the set volume platform lifting device in the finishing volume collection area of a high-speed wire production line is discused. The transmission shaft is located at the beneath of the set volume stand,the role is to control the set volume platform up and down movement. The trosmission shaft has been frequently damaged,seriously affecting the mormal production of the entire line since the operation. For a detailed analysis of the circumstances of the accident to identify the cause of the accident. By increasing the transmission shaft balancing device measures to improve the condition of the force,from the fundamental solution to the transmission shaft causes of damage,and achieved good results. The handling of similar incidents may play a reference.
