摘　　要：介绍了棒材生产线850t启停式冷剪的电机功率的校核与计算,并分析了合理间隙的选择对剪轴和机架受力的重要性,最后对生产应用中螺栓经常松动的问题提出了改进措施。It is verified that 9 Φ50mm-bars can be cutted by 850t starting-stopping cold-shear according to calculating motor-power of 850t starting-stopping cold-shear and analyzing process of cut. And rational gaps can bring the good influences on shear-shaft and stand. Measures are proposed to solved the problem that some bolts in the crucial positions are found to loose frequently in practice.
