摘  要:结合实际项目,就解决六辊单机架冷轧机组出现的带钢表面清洁度差、吨钢轧制油耗高、乳化液系统电机过载、管路系统振动大、板换及阀门备件更换频繁、乳化液泄漏等等问题,提出了降低带钢表面乳液残留,改善工艺润滑环境,降低设备备件、轧辊、轧制油消耗等一系列工艺设备改造措施,经过改造后,各项技术经济指标均达到了国内先进水平。同时为后续新建和改造类似项目的优化设计提供了可行的技术方案。Combining with the actual project,this thesis come ups with the solution for a series of problems, like bad steel surface cleanliness of 6-H reversing cold mill,high consumptionof rolling oil per ton of steel,overload of emulsion system pump motors,excessive vibration of piping system,frequent change of spare parts for plate and value, emulsion leaking and etc.. Thus it put forwards the improvement measures to lower the reissued emulsion of steel surface,improve process lubrication environment and lower the consumption of spare parts,roll mill and rolling oil. Various technical and economic indexes have reached the advanced standard in China after these improvements. Furthermore,it provides the feasible technology scheme for the optimization reconstruction of subsequent new construction and the similar projects.
