摘　　要：集卷站布置在高速线材生产线散冷线末端,用于将散状线圈收集成均匀、整齐的盘卷,并使之挂在P&F运输线的C型钩上,是生产线上的关键收集设备,其运行顺畅与否直接决定着整个生产线的生产节奏。本文就集卷站的几种常用结构型式进行了介绍和分析,尤其介绍了目前应用日益普遍的立式卷芯架式集卷系统,并就其工艺功能、设备组成、结构特点等进行了阐述。The reform station is used for collecting and forming the coil rings as they leave the loop cooling conveyor and then delivering the formed coils to the P&F conveyor system. The reform station is the key equipment for coil collecting. This paper describes some different types of reform station,especially introduces vertical pallet system which is used more and more.
