摘　　要：在无缝钢管轧制生产线中,环形炉出入口辊道通常不会平行布置,为调节物流方向,需采取使坯料转角度的措施。本文将阐述一种新的转角度拨料装置,当钢坯(或钢管)在设备间传递时,同时实现管坯(或钢管)的转角度布置。转角度拨料装置设计、制造简单,冲击和噪声小,符合对管坯(或钢管)的"轻拿轻放"原则,有利于改善和简化工艺。Rollers in the alleyway of annulus stove usually can't be arranged parallel in the production line. The way of rotating perform body needs to be used to control the direction of the logistics. This paper will analyze a new type of spring set equipment with different angles. When bloom steels or pipes are passed among the equipments,rotatable arrangement of them can be realized. Rotating setting device is designed and made simply besides its small noise and wallop according to the principle of being easily taken and put. This is useful to improve and simplify craftwork.
