摘　　要："一键脱硫"技术是铁水脱硫自动化发展的需求,该技术充分考虑铁水脱硫过程中的各种影响因素,实现脱硫站运行过程最大限度的自动化控制,包括设备的自动运行、铁水数据的自动采集、操作工艺数据的自动计算、数据自动记录分析、自学习等功能,使脱硫效果达到最优化,减少生产成本、减轻操作人员的劳动强度。One key desulfurization technology is the needs of the hot metal desulphurization automation development. The technology considers various kinds of influence factors of hot metal desulphurization process,realizes the operation process of desulfurization to the max automation control level. It includes the functions of the equipments automatic operation,molten iron data' s automatic acquisition,process data' s automatical calculation,data' s automatic recording and analysis,and self learning. This technology allows the desulfurization effect achieves optimization,reduces production cost and the labor intensity of operating.
