摘　　要：针对首钢长城100万t/a棒材冷床在生产过程中出现的一些问题进行了分析和调整,采取的改进措施可以有效解决冷床的同步性问题、传动轴轴承卡死、振动等问题,可为同类设备提供参考。Some problems in the changgang 100 million t /a cooling bed of the Shougang Group were found in the production process,the corresponding measures were taken,the problems of synchronization cooling bed,drive shaft bearing blocked,vibration and so on were effectively solved,which can provide reference for similar equipment.
