摘　　要：黑岱沟露天煤矿轮斗系统主要承担着露天矿黄土层的剥离任务,主要依靠长距离的地面胶带机完成。介绍了胶带撕裂、跑偏、火灾等常见故障。详细论述了轮斗系统胶带故障产生的原因、预防措施以及硫化工艺注意事项,对指导胶带机的使用与维护具有一定的现实意义。Bucket wheel system of Heidaigou opencast coal mine is mainly responsible for loess layer peeling task in the open pit,it mainly depends on the completion of the long-range ground-belt machine. Common faults such as tear,deviation,fires and others are introduced,the causes of the bucket system belt failure,prevention measures as well as the vulcanization process are discussed in detail,which has a certain practical significance in guiding the use and maintenance of the belt machine.
