摘　　要：冷床是棒材轧线精整区必不可少的设备,裙板是冷床的关键设备之一。论述的冷床15个裙板液压缸同步控制阀台就能很好地解决裙板液压缸的同步控制问题。通过采用比例阀和两级同步马达控制,使裙板液压缸达到高精度的同步效果。Cooling-bed is the indispensable equipment in the finishing area of bar mill. The apron plates are the primary elements of cooling-bed. This article provides a hydraulic valve stand which can resolve the problem of synchrocontrol of the 15 cylinders of the apron plates. Proportional valves and two-stage synchromoter are adopted. High control accuracy are realized for the synchronization of the 15 apron plates cylinders.
