摘　　要：加热炉液压系统的运行状态直接关系到整条生产线是否能稳定运行。以首钢水钢加热炉液压系统为例从系统泵站的组成(泵站、阀台、电控系统)、关键设置、步进梁的调试进行详细介绍,阐述了比例液压系统设置和调试的关键所在。The operating status of the furnace hydraulic system is directly related to the stable operation of the production line. In this paper,as an example of the shuigang heating farnace hydraulic system of the shougang Group Co.,the pump station and valve station,and electric control system of the hydraulic system as well as the key equipment and walking beam commisioning has been detailed introduction,the proportional hydraulic system setup and commissioning the key to the system are described so.
