摘　　要：随着科学技术的不断进步,作为信息获取重要工具的智能测量仪器应用日益广泛,一方面作为通用仪器,在科学研究和生产制造中发挥着巨大作用;另一方面作为高端仪器,在武器装备的快速发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。智能测量仪器的核心在软件,本文在综合分析和归纳智能测量仪器的功能组成、特点和应用需求以及软件体系的基础上,提出了一种基于多任务的智能测量仪器嵌入式软件平台的设计思想、设计方法和注意事项,并结合某型号矢量网络分析仪的设计,验证了这一设计思路的合理性和可行性。As an information acquisition tool, intelligent instrument has been widely used in science researching and manufacturing thus becomes the primary impetus for industrial development; it has also been used as the safety means to be the important parts of the armament. This paper first synthetically analyzes then concludes the functionality, characteristic, application acquirement and software system of intelligent instruments. Based on this the author suggests an embedded software platform based on multitask intelligent instruments, and then presents the design idea, design method and some considerations. Finally, the rationality and the feasibility of this design idea are testified by the designing process of a certain type of network analyzer.
