摘  要:针对由传统仪器构建的测试系统在武器装备测试中暴露的诸多问题,研究了一种合成仪器的实现方式。首先以信号的产生和接收为研究对象,对合成仪器的体系结构进行划分,将通用测试系统的硬件平台划分为功能相对独立的LXI测试模块。以合成频谱分析仪为目的,选用LXI数字化仪模块和LXI下变频模块作为频谱合成的硬件平台,采用模块化和层次化的设计思想,利用Labwindows/CVI下的线程池技术实现多线程编程,实现了频谱分析仪的数据采集、处理、显示等功能,为合成仪器的实用化奠定了基础。Using the successful experience of Software Radio for reference, taking the generation and reception of the signal as research object, the general auto test platform is divided into several LXI test modules, which are mutually independent. The LXI digitizer module and the LXI Down-Converter module are selected as the platform of spectrum synthetic. In the design of its spectrum software design, the LabWindows/CVI is taken as the development tool, and the multi-thread technique is applied to ensure the running speed and response speed of the system. Finally, the synthetic of spectrum analysis is achieved, which lay the foundation of the practicality of the Synthetic Instrument.
