摘 要:以西南特有濒危资源植物甜菜树为研究材料,分别测定引种种植与原生地种植的甜菜树叶片光合特性与叶绿素荧光特性,对比研究引种种植对甜菜树光合生理指标的影响,为甜菜树引种种植提供理论依据.结果表明引种种植甜菜树叶片净光合速率和蒸腾速率显著提高;叶绿素荧光方面,引种种植甜菜树导致叶片PSⅡ最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)和实际光化学效率(ФPSⅡ)上升,引种地种植的甜菜树F0值明显高于原生地种植的甜菜树F0值.We used the endangered resource plant Yunnanopilia longistaminea as research material in this research,which is endemic to Southwest China.Photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves of the introduction planting and natively cultivating materials were measured respectively.The study of the impact of the introduction on photosynthetic physiological indicators gave rise to a theoretical basis of the introduction of Y.longistaminea.The results suggested that the introduction of Y.longistaminea can elevate the net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of leaves which can further promote photosynthesis and therefore illustrate.For the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters,the maximal photochemical efficiency(Fv/ Fm) and the actual quantum yield of photosystem Ⅱ(ΦPSⅡ) advanced significantly under the introduction of Y.longistaminea.Moreover,the value of F0of the introduction planting materials was significantly higher than that of the local ones.
