云南省农业标准化生产的信息化应用模式

摘　　要：云南省农业生产标准化、产业化程度低,缺少有效的信息化应用模式。研究以云南省建水县果蔬生产为例,针对实际生产需求,提出了围绕农业标准化生产的信息化应用模式。该模式包括信息服务平台建设、信息化网络设施架构、信息服务体系建设三部分,其中信息服务平台面向生产指导、产品发布、环境监控、安全追溯等实际需求,集成了主要产业的信息服务系统;信息化网络体系架构中利用无线网络和点对点通信技术,对偏远地区的企业基地和农户也实现了网络覆盖;信息服务体系建设是在政府部门的支持下,联合农业专业合作协会和农户,以企业经济效益为支撑,实现了可持续发展。本研究对于西部边疆欠发达地区有广泛的推广和借鉴价值。The agricultural standardization and industrialization degree is lower and there were less effective informatization application mode in western frontier area of China.Take Jianshui county as a case,this study made up a informatization application mode for standardizing agricultural production driven by the act need.This mode includes three parts:information service plateform,informatization network system frame,information service system.The information service plateform integrated many agricultural information service system,and provide many service,such as directing production,product publicity,environment monitoring,and information traceability in safety.Using wireless and pointto-point communication technology,the informatization network system frame gets the network to farmer and enterprise production base located in remote area.The information service system consists of enterprise,agriculture professional association,and famer with the support of government.This system is continuable funded by enterprise.This study is of good popularization and reference value in western underdeveloped area of China.
