摘  要:复杂科学成为21世纪系统科学发展的新趋势。因应这种趋势,合作科研、联合攻关、协同创新成为现代大学开展科研活动的必然要求,大学跨部门科研团队也应运而生,日益成为大学人才培养和科技创新的主要载体。随着大学科研团队地位的不断提升,国家对科研团队建设投入的逐年攀升,以及社会对大学科研团队期待的不断增强,大学科研团队的建设和治理成了大学发展中的突出问题。美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校的知名团队GPN具有相当的示范性。事实证明,GPN在治理过程中树立共治理念让其成员参与团队的决策,以人才促卓越又以卓越留人才,重能力轻专业,鼓励适度竞争约束过度竞争,注重沟通与互动,不失为一种大学科研团队治理的成功模式。In the 21th century,with the development of systematic science,complexity sciences have been gradually turning into a new developmental trend.In response,cooperative research,joint research and cooperative innovation become the necessary components of the modern university research activities,and at the same time,the university interdisciplinary research teams also emerge as the time requires,and turn into the main carrier for the university talent training and technological innovation.In addition,with the promotion of the university interdisciplinary research teams' status,the increasing investments of the government and the growing expectation from the society,the management and contribution of the university interdisciplinary research teams become more and more important.A famous group GPN at University of California-San Diego can be treated as a significant example.GPN has set down 5 main principles.It has established the co-governance idea,encouraging every member of staff to participate in the team to make decisions and cultivating talents who in turn help and retain talents.The ability is more important than profession.Healthy competition is encouraged and excessive competition discouraged.Attention is paid to communication and interaction.It is proved that all the principles above can be viewed as a successful model in managing the university interdisciplinary research teams.
