摘　　要：公安院校招录培养体制实行"教、学、练、战"一体化培养模式以来,基层公安教育工作效果显著。质量标准作为对效果考评的准则与标尺,必须结合公安职业教育特点,坚持以满足公安实践需要为目标,通过建立一套完整的质量标准,以促进"教、学、练、战"过程中各个培养环节的相互作用,进一步提高公安职业培养工作质量。Since the implementation of integrated cultivation model of teaching-learning-training-operation in the recruitment and cultivation system for the public security academies,notable effects have been achieved in the grass-roots public security education.Quality standards represents the scale and principle for assessment.Therefore,efforts should be made to construct a complete set of quality standards for integrated cultivation model of teaching-learning-training-operation by combining the features of the public security vocational education,persisting in aiming at satisfying the requirement of the practice of public security work in an effort to facilitate the interaction between all the training sections in the process of teaching-learning-training-operation and further improve the quality of the public security professional cultivation.
