摘　　要：司法鉴定协议书评审是鉴定委托受理前,鉴定机构与委托人(单位)进行沟通,相互了解的过程。由于司法鉴定具有科学性与法律性的双重属性,其评审要求较高。对司法鉴定协议书评审的内容、方法及存在的问题进行论述并提出了解决的建议。Appraisal of judicial expertise agreement represents the communication and mutual understanding between accrediting agencies and the clients prior to appraisal of judicial entrustment and acceptance.There is higher judicial appraisal demand due to the scientificity and legality on the part of judicial appraisal.Accordingly,the article takes up a probe into the appraisal of judicial expertise agreement in terms of the contents,methods and problems.
