当前广西高校学生思想政治教育面临的困境及其对策

摘　　要：广西高校承担为实现"富民强桂"新跨越输送人才和劳动者的重任,广西高校学生思想政治教育是人才综合素质培养的基础。新时期广西高校学生思想政治教育,由于理论与实际的严重脱节、思想政治教育工作者的状态不佳、高校内部相关部门的合力不强、国内外的负面思潮等诸多因素影响,正面临着环境、主体、机制、实践等困境。因此,必须切实加快广西高校思想政治教育改革步伐,加强思想政治教育队伍建设,推进校园文化建设,以促进新时期广西高校学生思想政治教育发展。Guangxi-based colleges are responsible for developing and transporting talents and laborers to achieve a new leap of making Guangxi powerful and prosperous and the people better off.The serious divorce of theory from practice,the poor shape of ideological and political educators,weak combined efforts of related internal departments together with negative ideological trends at home and abroad give birth to the problems in environment,subject,mechanism and practice in ideological and political education of college students in Guangxi-based colleges.Accordingly,efforts should be made to speed up the pace of ideological and political education reform,step up team construction in ideological and political education,and promote campus cultural construction with a view to facilitating ideological and political education development in Guangxi-based colleges.
