校局联盟人才培养模式教学效果实证分析

摘　　要：公安专业定向委培是"校局联盟—学习与服务相融合"公安基层人才培养制度的新尝试,利用、整合高校自身强大的教学科研资源和实务部门提供丰富的岗位历练功能,培养政治素质高、实战能力强的应用型人才。通过对我校公安委培班教学活动进行多方面的调查分析,发现问题并提出相应措施,以期为我校对公安委培班教学提供参考。Police organ-consigned public security programs represent the new trial for developing grass root public security talents via 'college-police organ cooperation and learning-service'integration.The teaching and scientific research resource together with the affluent job experience offered by the practical departments is applied and integrated to develop the practical talents with high political quality and strong practical operations.Based on survey and analysis of the various aspects of the teaching activities of police organ-consigned public security programs in Guangxi Police Academy,we have tracked down some problems and present corresponding measures with a view to providing teaching reference for police organ-consigned public security programs in Guangxi Police Academy.
