大学生诚信人格培养教育模式之研究(二)——道德诚信与法律诚信相结合

摘　　要：道德诚信是为人之本、社会之本,而法律诚信是立法之本、执法之本。在大学生诚信人格培养教育过程中,必须坚持道德诚信与法律诚信相结合。目前,有的大学生在人格诚信方面还是存在如缴费、助学信贷、遵纪守法、提供个人信息等方面的一些问题,这既有学生的主观原因也有社会的客观原因。因此,培养大学生人格诚信必须明确诚信教育的指导思想和教育主体,与时俱进地增加教育内容,并注重知行结合的教育形式。Moral integrity represents the base for personality and society,while legal integrity represents the foundation for legislation and law enforcement.In the training education process of college students' personality integrity,we should stick to combination of moral integrity with legal integrity.There are some problems in college students' personality integrity,such as payment,personal loans to finance education,law abiding,personal information providing,etc.,which are attributed to both students themselves and the society.Accordingly,training college students' personality integrity calls for explicit guiding ideology and educational subject for integrity education,expansion of education content in pace with the times and emphasis on educational model of integrating knowledge with practice.
