摘　　要：农民政治参与制度化的实践与探索经历了农民政治参与制度化体制的初步创立与实践、畸形发展、复归与顺利发展等三个历史阶段。这对于准确认识农民政治参与及其制度化的特点以及规律,进一步扩大农民有序政治参与,实现农民政治参与制度化的科学发展,推进中国特色社会主义民主政治建设进程具有重要意义。Research and practice of institutionalization for peasants' participation in politics undergoes three historic stages: preliminary development and practice of institutionalization for peasants' participation in politics,lopsided development,involution and smooth development,which are greatly significant for accurate understanding of the features and laws of institutionalization for peasants' participation in politics,expansion of peasants' participation in politics,realization of scientific development of peasants' participation in politics and promotion of socialist political and democratic development with Chinese characteristics.
