风险社会视野下风险管理智库的构建探析

摘　　要：破解社会风险难题已成为全面建成小康社会的当务之急。作为风险管理系统的重要组成部分,风险管理智库对约束和控制社会风险因素具有重要作用。构建风险管理智库主要是构建管理效果评价智库、管理经验总结智库和管理理念交流智库。Successful disposal of the puzzles in social risks has become a top priority in construction of comprehensive well-off society.As a key part of risk management system,think tank for risk management plays a key role in constraint and control of social risk factors.Construction of think tank for risk management mainly includes construction of think tank for management effect assessment,for management experience summary and for management concepts exchange.
