摘　　要：邪教组织犯罪是指行为人组织、利用邪教组织进行违法犯罪的行为。在司法实践中,准确认定邪教组织犯罪,必须正确认定邪教组织,把握有关邪教组织犯罪的构成特征,厘清邪教组织犯罪与非罪的界限,严格区分邪教组织犯罪的此罪与彼罪。The crimes committed by Heretical Cult Organizations refers to the conduct of the perpetrators who organizes and uses Heretical Cult Organizations to commit crimes. In judicial practice, accurate identification of crimes committed by Heretical Cult Organizations calls for accurate identification of Heretical Cult Organizations, good grasp of constitution features of crimes committed by Heretical Cult Organizations and clear specification of the boundary between the crimes and non-crimes.
