摘　　要：目的了解天津市公民的用药状况,为促进医疗卫生事业发展提供政策建议。方法采用问卷调查法、入户访问法和深度访谈法,使用SPSS17.0进行统计分析。结果天津市公民用药状况令人担忧,不合理用药造成了医药资源浪费、危害了公民身体健康。结论建立以政府为主导的合理用药机制刻不容缓,强化医药知识普及、深化医疗体制改革、加强政府监管以及对以医疗领域的不法分子进行严厉打击是解决上述问题的有效策略。Objective To survey the usage medication among the citizen in Tianjin city, to provide the suggestion promoting the development of medical and health undertakings. Methods Questionnaire, household interviews and depth interviews were adopted in the survey with random sampling and SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for analysis. Results The situation of usage of medication among the sitizens in Tianjin gives some cause for concern for non rational usage of medication,resulting in waste of medical resources, endangering the health of citizens. Conclusions It is urgency to establish government-led rational mechanism disseminating medical knowledge, deepening the reform of medical system,intensifying management, punishing the lawbreakers in medical system.
