武汉市疾控中心五年发表文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市疾病预防控制中心所发表的科研文献现状,评估相对于全国省会城市,武汉市疾病预防控制中心的科研能力水平及其变化趋势。方法对国内外知名数据库收录的全国省会城市市级疾控中心在2007-2011年间公开发表科研文献情况进行回顾性对比统计分析。采用文献计量学,结合文献管理分析软件NoteExpress2.0提取文献出版信息,并提出创新指标:发文量-IF综合影响力,对其进行客观综合评价。结果共检索到武汉市疾控机构2007-2011年间总发文量368篇,总体呈上升趋势,综合影响力全国排名第六,在疾病预防控制领域存在较多的核心作者,合著率较高,所发表期刊影响范围广,英文文献发表量排名较高。结论武汉市疾病预防控制中心在疾病预防控制领域内研究结果综合影响力较高,可信度与学术价值良好,并且注重科研交流,整体科研水平较强。可针对性的开展科研水平训练,制定管理策略,提高科研质量。Objective To know the situation of published papers published by Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention and evaluate the level of scientific research and the trend of Wuhan CDC, then compared with the CDC of provincial capital city in China. Methods All articles published from Wuhan CDC and other provincial capital city from 2007 to 2011 were retrieved from authoritative database. The bibliometrics method was taken to statistically analyze. the basic literature information of the articles by using NoteExpress2.0 reference management analysis software. We put forward a innovative index which combined the number of published articles and impact factor, to expect an objectively comprehensive evaluation. Results After screening, there are 368 articles published by Wuhan CDC from 2007 to 2011. By the large,the amount of documents issued by Wuhan CDC tends to increase. The comprehensive influence ranked the sixth place around the nation. There are quite a few core writers in the field of disease prevention and control. The published literature coauthored a higher rate. The published journal impacted a wider range. English literature published amount ranked the top few. Conclusion Wuhan had higher comprehensive influence, credibility of the research results and academic value in the disease prevention and control field. It attached importance to the communication of scientific research as well.The overall level of scientific research is high among the country. To improve the quality of scientific research management should conduct targeted training and develop policies.
