摘　　要："质量工程"是我国在提高高校教学质量方面投入最大的专项,但是建设过程中存在的一些问题。比如,在高校层面上,重申报、轻建设;在政府层面上,重评审、轻监督,缺乏对建设项目实施效果的后续评估和反馈。本文尝试探索在项目管理体系中构建"后评估"模式,以此加强"本科教学工程"项目建设程序的完善,提高建设项目决策科学化水平,改进项目管理和提高投资效益。'Quality project'is the largest investment in the education area of China. Its target is to improve teaching quality. Some problems exist in the process of construction. For example, in the university level, there exists heavy declaration and light construction; in the government level, there exists heavy review and light supervision. The cause is the lack of a follow-up evaluation on the implementation effect of construction project. This paper explores the construction of 'post-evaluation'model in project management system to improve the construction project decision-making scientific level, to increase project management and investment benefit.
