摘 要:通过建立小型超声清洗换能器的ANSYS有限元模型,进行模态分析和谐响应分析,选择其实际工作频率,为其驱动电源输出频率的设计提供依据。利用阻抗分析仪测出换能器的固有频率,检验有限元模型的合理性。通过谐响应分析后处理功能,得到该换能器在实际工作频率下的第三强度理论当量应力分布图和正应力分布图,分析其变幅杆易开裂的原因。GB-968b ultrasonic cleaner, which can be applied in many potable ultrasonic cleaning system, is small and light. Through the ANSYS finite element modeling of the transducer, which is followed by modal analysis and harmonic analysis, the real working frequency of the transducer is chosen, and the design of the output frequency of driving power bases on that. Measuring the natural frequency of the transducer by impedance analyzer, the rationality of the finite element model is checked. With the postprocessing of the harmonic analysis, the transducer′s distribution graphs of the third strength theory′s equivalent stress and normal stress are plotted, and the reason why the acoustic hornis easy to split can be analyzed.
