摘  要:以某动力伺服刀架中齿轮为例,建立几何偏心齿轮动力学模型。根据加工过程中齿轮几何偏心问题建立基于NX的几何偏心齿轮模型。以Hertz理论为基础确定机械系统动力学自动分析(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical system,简称ADAMS)接触函数中的各参数,通过实验确定ADAMS动力学仿真分析设置。基于ADAMS动力学实验过程编写cmd文件,实现短时间内批量实验。从获得的分析结果中研究几何偏心齿轮的啮合力以及啮合力频率。该研究缩短了批量复杂动力学仿真实验所用时间,提高了实验精度,将有助于系统优化设计。In this article, a gear in a power servo turret is explored to analyze the effects on the transmission accuracy brought by its geometric eccentricity. The modeling process based on NX and the gear error analysis system in automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems(ADAMS) is presented.The parameters of impact function are based on Hertz theory. The experiment using ADAMS shows thebetter choice of simulation option.The cmd file is made for shorting the time of ADAMS simulation.the eccentric meshing force and meshing force frequency of gear with geometric are studied from the results of the analysis, In this paper, the time of simulation is shorten and the experimental accuracy is improved,it will be helpful to system optimization design.
