摘  要:无线传感器等低功耗器件在汽车上的使用越来越广泛,为了解决目前此类器件供电方式存在的问题,对车载环境下悬臂梁压电振子的发电能力进行了研究。基于欧拉-伯努利(Euler-Bernoulli)梁理论,推导了悬臂梁式压电双晶片发电能力的计算公式,分析了压电振子分别安放在汽车轮毂、发动机和车架位置处的发电能力。结果表明:在轮毂上,垂直轮毂放置方式的发电能力较好;而在发动机位置处安放,则应优先选择悬臂梁轴线过质心、且离质心最远的位置;对于车架,应使压电发电装置远离车架的质心位置安放。In order to solve existing problems of battery-powered low power devices used on vehicles such as wireless sensors,a cantilever beam piezoelectric generator was proposed and its power generation capacity was studied.Based on the Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,the computation formula for the generating power of the piezoelectric bimorph was developed.The power performance of the cantilever beam piezoelectric generator mounted on different locations of the car(wheel hub,engine and chassis)was analyzed. Results show more power can be obtained when the piezoelectric generator is installed vertical to the wheelhub.If the generator is installed on the engine,the best location is the location where the axis of the cantilever beam passes through the centroid of the engine and the distance to the centroid is longest.If the generator is installed on the chassis,it should be kept away from the centroid of the chasis.
