摘 要:超声清洗是一种高效的清洗技术,具有传统清洗无法比拟的优势。超声换能器是超声清洗技术中的关键部件。首先,根据压电超声换能器设计基础理论得到了超声换能器的机电等效电路图,并给出了用于设计计算的换能器频率方程;其次,在COMSOL Multiphysics平台上建立了换能器压电耦合分析模型和超声清洗声场模型;最后,在分析结果的基础上提出了对现有设计的改进措施。Ultrasonic cleaning is an efficient cleaning techology,which has much more advances than traditional cleaning tech.Ultrasonic transducer plays an important role in the ultrasonic cleaning technology. Firstly,electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of ultrasonic transducer can be proposed based on the basic designing theory of piezoelectric transducer.At the same time,transducer frequency function,which has been used in designing calculation,has been proposed.Then,both transducer piezoelectric coupling analysis and sound field model of ultrasonic cleaning are established on the platform of COMSOL Multiphysics software.Finally,it is many improvements for current design that are proposed on the basis of analysis results.
