摘  要:针对80MN快锻压机管系振动问题,分析了压力管道振动原因,采用有限元方法,重点对快锻时与执行元件侧缸相连的两端固支的高压管段进行了模态分析与谐响应分析。为避免管道结构共振,分析了增加管夹支承及改变管夹位置对管道振动频率的影响。结果表明,在变形较大的部位增加支撑后,管道的固有频率会增大。考虑存在预应力管道的模态分析,得出预应力的存在会使管道固有振动频率略微增加。对高压管道进行了流场分析,得到了流体速度、压力在管道中的分布规律。对管道进行单向流固耦合作用下动力学分析,由管道的应力、应变云图得到管道动态力作用力的危险部位。分析结果对快锻压机管道结构设计具有一定理论与实践意义。For piping vibration problems of the 80 MN fast forging machine,the vibration reasons with pressure piping are analyzed.Based on the finite element method the emphasis is placed on the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of high-pressure pipe connected to actuator cylinder with both end rigid constrain.In order to avoid the pipeline structure resonance,the influence of increasing pipe support and changing support location on the vibration frequency of the pipe is discussed.It is showed that the natural frequency of the pipeline increase after increasing support at the position of a large deformation.Taking into account the modal analysis of the pipe with the prestress,the prestress makes the natural vibration frequency of the pipe slightly increase.Through the flow field analysis of high-pressure pipeline,the distribution law of fluid velocity and pressure are obtained.Through dynamic analysis of the one direction fluidsolid coupling for the interface,the dangerous parts of the pipeline is revealed by using pipe stress and strain cloud chart.The results of analysis have a certain theoretical and practical significance for the pipe structural design of the fast forging machine.
