摘  要:基于有无拉筋叶盘系统的有限元实体模型,研究了有无拉筋叶盘系统的受迫振动响应特性,对比分析了有无拉筋叶盘系统的振动响应局部化程度,揭示了整圈拉筋对叶盘系统受迫振动响应及振动响应局部化的影响规律。研究表明,失谐会导致含拉筋叶盘系统的固有频率对发生分离,此时其受迫振动响应曲线会出现较多成对的共振峰。由于拉筋的存在增大了叶片间的耦合强度,不仅使得叶盘系统的受迫振动响应幅值明显减小,而且能够明显降低失谐叶盘系统的振动响应局部化程度。The forced vibration response of lashing wire bladed disk and free bladed disk were proposed based on the finite element model of lashing wire bladed disk and free bladed disk.The vibration response localization of lashing wire bladed disk and free bladed disk were compared.Especially the effect of whole circle lashing wire on forced vibration response and vibration response localization of bladed disk was analyzed.The results show that the mistuning of lashing wire bladed disk could lead to the isolation of its natural frequency pair.There are many coupled peaks in the forced vibration response curve of the lashing wire mistuned bladed disk.The forced vibration response amplitude and the vibration response localization degree of the bladed disk are reduced greatly by the lashing wire.
