摘 要:采用固相法制备了PZT-PMS-PZN的陶瓷粉末,用塑性聚合物法和排列浇铸法分别制得了直径为300μm压电纤维和体积分数为50%的1-3型压电复合材料。实验结果表明,制得的压电纤维晶粒大小均匀、结构致密,呈钙钛矿结构。1-3型压电复合材料相对于纯压电陶瓷,表现出较低的声阻抗Z、较高的厚度机电耦合系数kt和更纯净的振动模式,并且室温下的铁电性能优异。厚度机电耦合系数kt、厚度耦合系数与平面耦合系数之比kt/kp、介电常数εr、声阻抗Z都随着温度的增高而增高,只有平面耦合系数kp随着温度的增高而减少。在100°C的温度变化范围内,所制备的1-3型压电复合材料呈现了较好的温度稳定性,这对于其在超声换能器、水听器和无损检测在变温范围内的应用有重要指导意义。In this paper,the 1-3connectivity piezoelectric ceramic-polymer composites based on 0.90Pb(Zr0.52 Ti0.48)O3-0.05Pb(Mn1/3 Sb2/3)O3-0.05Pb(Zn1/3 Nb2/3)-O3 fibers and epoxy were fabricated by viscous-polymer processing with volume fraction of piezoelectric fibers for 0.5,by which the average diameter of piezoelectric fibers were 300μm with an aspect ratio(height/diameter)higher than 3.The dielectric,piezoelectric,ferroelectric properties and the vibration mode of the 1-3composites were measured and compared with the monolithic piezoelectric ceramics,where the 1-3composites show low acoustic impedance(Z)of 10MRayl,the higher thickness coupling coefficient(kt)of 0.59and a clear single thickness mode with the frequency over 1.5 MHz.In addition,it was found that the properties including thickness coupling coefficient(kt),dielectric constant(εr),the ratio of kt to kp(kt /kp),acoustic impedance(Z)increase as temperature increases,and only planar electromechanical coupling coefficient(kp)showed the trend of decreasing.With the measure of temperature-dependent properties within 100°C,the 1-3composites indicate relatively temperature stability,and the ratio(kt /kp)increased to 3.6at 100°C,which is suitable to have applications on many fields like ultrasonic transducers,hydrophones,non-destructive testing.
