摘  要:超磁致伸缩作动器(giant magnetostrictive actuator,简称GMA)是由超磁致伸缩材料作为主体的新型作动器,以能够产生磁场的恒流通电线圈作为驱动机构。利用开关电源功耗小、效率高的优点,建立了直流以Buck"同步整流"为主功率电路、交流以倍频SPWM全桥逆变电路为主功率电路和以PSoC3为控制核心的超磁致伸缩作动器驱动电流源,设计了一款能在0~3A之间连续可调的恒流源。实验结果表明,所设计的恒流源精度达到1%,交流部分THD<5%,符合超磁致伸缩作动器的驱动要求。Giant magnetostrictive actuator as a new style of actuator is made by the giant magnetostrictive material.And the energized coil with constant current to generate magnetic field as the drive mechanism. The advantages of switching power supply are low power consumptions and high efficiency.Designed the drive current power supply which Buck synchronous rectifier as the main power circuit of the DC power supply,SPWM full-bridge inverter as the main power circuit of the AC power supply and PSoC3as the control system.The constant current source can be continuously adjustable 0-3A.The accuracy of the constant current source is less than 1%.And the THD of the AC constant source is less than 5%.And the constant current source is admitted to the requirement of the giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA).
