彩色多普勒超声在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在乳腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法对167例乳腺肿瘤患者采用多普勒超声检查,并与手术病理对照,总结乳腺良恶性肿瘤的超声特点。结果 167例患者中,病理诊断乳腺良性肿瘤125例、恶性肿瘤42例。超声诊断良性肿瘤121例,误诊4例,超声诊断与病理符合率为96.8%;超声诊断恶性肿瘤39例,误诊3例,超声诊断与病理符合率为92.9%。良恶性肿瘤在肿块边界、形态、内部回声、纵横径比、沙粒样钙化及血流信号、峰值血流速度(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)等方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿瘤具有重要价值,应作为首选检查方法。Objective To explore the practical value of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods A total of 167 cases of breast tumor underwent color Doppler ultrasonography, as well as compare to their operational and pathological results. Results According to the operational pathological results there were 125 cases with breast benign lesions and 42 cases with breast lesions, while ultrasonography showed 121 cases with benign lesions and 39 cases with malignant lesions. The coincidence rate of ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign lesions was 96.8% while 92.9% in the diagnosis of malignant lesions. There were significant differences between benign and malignant breast lesions in the ultrasonographic features including the margin, shape, vertical diameter/transverse diameter ratio, internal echo, microcalcification and blood flow signal, peak systolic velocity(PSV) and resistance index(RI)(P<0.01). Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound plays an important role in the diagnosis of breast lesions and should be a preferred method.
