摘 要:液化石油气(以下简称液化气)是炼油工业中的重要产品。本文分析了液化气铜片腐蚀不合格的原因,硫醇法脱硫后液化气因夹带胺液是导致铜片腐蚀不合格的重要原因,并提出采用旋流脱胺技术对脱硫后液化气夹带的腐蚀性胺液进行处理,进而达到液化气铜片腐蚀合格的要求。该技术应用到某石化公司300万吨/年催化装置、150万吨/年加氢裂化装置的夹带胺液液化气处理过程,取得了成功。催化、加氢液化气夹带胺液平均去除率分别为88.6%和73.0%,铜片腐蚀测试全部合格,有效的避免了对下游设备造成的腐蚀,且回收了胺液,实现了整套装置长周期稳定运转,经济效益显著。Liquefied petroleum gas(LPG)is an important product in the oil refining industry.The cause of unqualified copper strip corrosion of LPG has been studied.One of the important reasons for the copper strip of LPG corrosion is the entrainment of amine liquid after desulfurization by oxyamine process.The cyclone technique is accepted to deal with the corrosive amine entrained by LPG after desulfurization by oxyamine process.And the results show that the copper strip corrosion of LPG is up to the standard of copper strip corrosion.The technique is applied to entrained amine gas treatment process in 300 tons/year catalytic unit and 1.5 million tons/year hydrocracking unit in a petrochemical company.The removal rates of entrained amine of catalytic and hydrocracked LPG were 88.6% and 73.0%,respectively.All of copper strip corrosion test are qualified.This technique has avoided corrosion of downstream equipment effectively and meanwhile amine liquid is recovered.Long period and stable operation of complete unit has been carried out,economic benefit is notable.
