摘 要:采用完全液相法,以异丙醇铝为铝源,在高压条件下进行热处理制备了CuZnAl浆状催化剂。利用X射线粉末衍射、氮吸附、NH3-TPD、X射线光电子能谱和程序升温还原等方法对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了催化剂在浆态床一氧化碳加氢反应中的催化性能。结果表明,热处理条件对催化剂相结构和表面结构有显著影响,采用高压热处理有利于形成晶型较为完整的催化剂,可以有效降低催化剂表面碳含量,且有利于强酸性位的产生,从而提高了低碳烃的选择性。The CuZnAl slurry catalysts,using aluminum isopropoxide as aluminum source were prepared by a complete liquid phase method and heat treated under high pressure condition.The catalysts were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption,NH3 temperature programmed desorption,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and H2 temperature-programmed reduction.The performance of the catalysts was evaluated in a slurry reactor for the CO hydrogenation.The results showed that heat treatment condition has a significant influence on the catalysts' phase structure and surface structure.Using heat treatment under high pressure was conducive to the formation of catalyst with good crystal.It was also effective to reduce the carbon content of catalyst surface and increase the generation of strong acid site,which improving the selectivity of low carbon hydrocarbon.
