摘 要:电化学水处理技术是一种较新颖的物化处理技术,其关键在于所用阳极。本文针对电化学水处理中研究较为普遍的钛基体锑掺杂二氧化锡电极的性质、制备方法及技术改性等内容进行综述。重点讲述热分解法和一些新方法制备钛基体锑掺杂二氧化锡电极,以及为提高该种电极性质(稳定性及催化性)所做的各种形式的改性,并对该种电极未来的发展方向进行展望。Electrochemical water treatment is a novel physical-chemical technology,with the key component lies in the careful selection of anode materials.Titanium anodes coated with transient metal oxides,so-called Dimensionally Stable Anode(DSA)electrode have been studied extensively due to their excellent electro-catalytic activity for chlorine and oxygen evolution and electro-oxidation degradation of toxic organic compounds.Titanium-based Sb-doped SnO2 electrodes,a typical DSA electrode,has attracted increasing interest in a wide range of studies and applications in recent years.The merits of titanium-based Sb-doped SnO2 electrodes are its moderate cost,easy preparation and functional modification,while the drawbacks lie in the unstability and comparably poor catalytic efficiency,which do not facilitate industrial popularization.This review presents the characteristics,preparation and modification of titanium-based Sb-doped SnO2electrodes which are commonly used in the electrochemical wastewater treatment.The thermal decomposition method and some novel preparation approaches(such as electrodeposition method,sol-gel method,spray pyrolysis technique,in-suit hydrothermal synthesis method and spin-coating method)for the titanium-based Sb-doped SnO2 electrode were summerized in this paper.A series of modification efforts for the enhancement of the stability and electro-catalytic activity of titanium-based Sb-doped SnO2 electrodes were also summerized in this paper.In the end,the future development of titanium-based Sb-doped SnO2 electrode was also prospected.
