摘 要:我国有近千家各类化工园区,其污水处理已经成为十分重要的研究课题。对化工园区污水处理,存在两种不同方式:集中式及分散式。污水集中式处理的优点是规模大、运行可靠、管理和控制方便。但配水和集水管道系统的费用很高。化工园区各水流中污染物种类及浓度的差异往往很大,这些水流混合会造成处理量增加,从而引起处理费用增大,此时采用分散式处理将是比较有利的。另外,当不同污水流中的污染物混合时产生高难处理成分时,也应当采用分散式处理方式。本文讨论了分散式污水处理系统集成研究的现状和发展趋势,讨论的方法主要包括夹点法和数学规划方法。There are about one thousand of chemical industrial parks(CIPs)in China.Wastewater treatment of the CIPs is a very important research field.There are two kinds of wastewater treatment systems:centralized treatment system and distributed treatment one.The advantages of centralized treatment system include:large-scale,reliable operation,easy management and control.The main drawbacks include:costs of allocating and centralizing pipe are very high.There are many kinds of contaminants in wastewater of a CIP,and difference between the concentrations of the contaminants is often very large.If the wastewater streams are mixed and treated,treatment flowrate will increase significantly,and this will increase treatment cost notably.Therefore,distributed treatment system is better than centralized treatment one.In addition,if refractory contaminant is produced when mixing wastewater streams,distributed treatment system is also a better choice.This paper discusses the development and future trends of research on design of distributed wastewater treatment systems.The main approaches discussed include pinch methods and mathematical programming methods.
