摘 要:采用浸渍法将4种不同的金属离子负载改性活性炭,测定甲烷和氮气在改性后的活性炭上的常压吸附穿透曲线和常温变压吸附曲线,研究不同金属改性活性炭对低浓度甲烷(煤矿乏风瓦斯)吸附性能及分离CH4/N2的性能的影响。结果表明:经金属负载改性后的活性炭对低浓度甲烷的吸附穿出点由长到短依次为:Mg(Ⅱ)>Al(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ);常温变压吸附量由高到低依次为:Mg(Ⅱ)>Al(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ),最高达到了34ml/g,对分离CH4/N2性能由高到低依次为:Mg(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Al(Ⅲ)分离系数最高达到4.81。The activated carbon is modified with four kinds of metal ions by the impregnation method.The penetrating adsorption curve under ordinary pressure and the fluctuant pressure adsorption curve under ordinary temperature of methane and nitrogen in modified activated carbon are measured.The effect of different metal modified activated carbon on the performance of low concentration methane(coal mine ventilation air methane)and separation of CH4/N2 is studied.The results show that the adsorption penetration points of low concentration methane by using metal modified activated carbon from long to short are as follows:Mg(Ⅱ)> Al(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)>Fe(Ⅲ);the order of adsorption amount under ordinary temperature and fluctuant pressure is:Mg(Ⅱ)> Al(Ⅲ)> Ni(Ⅱ)> Fe(Ⅲ),the maximum amount has reached 34ml/g;the effect of CH4/N2 on separation performance is:Mg(Ⅱ)> Fe(Ⅲ)>Ni(Ⅱ)> Al(Ⅲ)and the highest separation coefficient has reached 4.81.
