摘 要:实验利用复合膜生物反应器处理以甘油为原料制备环氧氯丙烷产生的废水,考察了不同进水COD、水力停留时间以及盐度对处理能力的影响,并进行盐度冲击实验。生物处理后出水进行了深度处理的研究。结果表明:进水COD对处理能力影响较小;适当延长水力停留时间能优化出水水质;废水盐度高于22g/L时会对微生物产生抑制作用;深度处理能进一步降低出水COD;微生物通过一定时间的驯化期能适应并处理高盐度废水。The treatment of glycerol-to-epichlorohydrin wastewater( GTE) by hybrid membrane bioreactor( HMBR)was investigated. Three parameters were studied on their impact on removal capacity: inlet COD,Hydraulic retention time( HRT) and salinity. Salinity shock test and advanced treatment of biologically treated wastewater were also performed. Results indicate that inlet COD has limited impact on removal capacity; prolongation of HRT can improve outlet water quality; salinity greater than 22g/L can have inhibitory impact on microorganisms; advanced treatment can further reduce outlet COD; high saline wastewater can be treated by domesticated microorganisms.
