烟气脱硫副产硫酸镁的体系相平衡研究

摘  要:镁法脱硫技术可回收副产品,且经济效益高,具有良好的应用前景。通过等温溶解平衡法研究了镁法脱硫浆液生产七水硫酸镁过程中,浆液中Ca2+、Cl-等离子对蒸发、结晶的影响,分别绘制了25,35,45,55,65,75,85,95℃下四元交互体系Mg2+、Ca2+、SO2-4、Cl-—H2O的平衡相图。对相图的分析表明:七水硫酸镁结晶的最佳温度应控制在25~30℃;无论何种温度下蒸发都避不开CaSO4(CaSO4·2H2O)固相区,只能在进蒸发系统前降低Ca2+含量以防止换热管的结垢;Cl-的存在对蒸发以及结晶的影响不明显。The technology of FGD by magnesium oxide scrubbing can reclaim high economically byproduct and has a broad prospect. Isothermal dissolvel-equilibrium method was used to study the influence of Ca2 +and Cl-in the slurry of FGD by magnesium oxide scrubbing on evaporation and crystallization. The phase diagram of quaternary reciprocal system of Mg2 +,Ca2 +,SO2-4,Cl-—H2O at 25 ℃,35 ℃,45 ℃,55 ℃,65 ℃,75 ℃,85 ℃ and 95 ℃ was ploted respectively. The results indicate that the best temperature for Epsom salt crystals should be controlled at 25~30 ℃;the solid phase area of CaSO4( CaSO4·2H2O) can not be avoided no matter at any temperature to vaporize,the only method to avoid the scale in heat exchange tubes is to reduce the Ca2 +amount before entering the evaporation system.Cl-has no obvious influence on evaporation and crystallization.
