预喷淋浓缩镁法脱硫浆液技术研究

摘　　要：在镁法脱硫副产物处理中,开发了用高温烟气浓缩硫酸镁溶液的技术,在相应的中试装置上,通过调节喷淋效果、喷淋量、烟气流量、溶液停留时间等条件,考察了其对预喷淋浓缩硫酸镁效果的影响。结果表明:喷淋量、烟气流量和停留时间是影响预喷淋浓缩效果的关键因素,而喷淋效果则对预喷淋浓缩效果影响不大。In the magnesium desulfurization by-products processing,the concentration technology of magnesium sulfate solution by high-temperature flue gas was developed. The effects of spray efficiency,spray volume,gas flow rate and spray liquid residence time on pre-spray concentration of magnesium were investigated. The results show that spray volume,gas flow rate and spray liquid residence time are key factors influencing the effectiveness of pre-spray concentration of magnesium,while the spray effect has little influence.
