摘　　要：针对冷却结晶系统存在的换热器换热管频繁堵塞问题,转变降温方式,采用真空降温,在原有系统上进行技术改造,实现了系统的连续稳定运行,大大提高了生产项目的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of tubes of heat exchanger being blocked in cooling crystallization system,the way of cooling should be changed to vacuum cooling. The old cooling crystallization system was technologically transformed,which realized stable operation of crystallization system and improved the economic benefit significantly.
