摘 要:本试验针对含硫化物和硝酸盐氮的人工模拟废水,以硫化物为电子供体、硝酸盐为电子受体,采用厌氧生物填料塔进行同步脱氮除硫的实验研究,探讨了该生物填料塔的启动性能及塔内生物膜菌群的生长特性。结果表明:当S/N(摩尔比)为5∶3,初始pH为8.3~8.5,温度为28℃,进水硫化物负荷为500 g/(m3·d)时,硫和氮的去除率分别达到96.7%和87.5%;厌氧生物填料塔中的优势菌群为脱氮硫杆菌,该菌的适宜生长温度为28~30℃,pH值范围为6~7;且经驯化后该菌种对初始硫化物浓度的耐受能力提高到625~1250 g/m3。This study investigated the artificial simulated wastewater containing sulfide and nitrate nitrogen,in which sulfide is regarded as an electron donor and nitrate is as an electron acceptor. Anaerobic biological packed tower is used to achieve simultaneous denitrification and desulfurization to study the start-up performance of the tower and the biofilm growth characteristics of the flora. The results showed that: under the condition of S/N( molar ratio) of 5:3,the initial pH of 8. 3 to 8. 5,the temperature of 28 ℃,and the influent sulphide load of 500g/( m3·d),the sulfur and nitrogen removal rate reached 96. 7% and 87. 5%,respectively. The dominant bacteria in the anaerobic biological packed tower is denitrification thiobacilli,whose suitable growth environment is a temperature of 28 ℃ to 30 ℃,pH range of 6 to 7. And its tolerance of the initial sulfide concentration after domestication is increased to 625 to 1250g/m3.
