摘 要:在对混铁炉粉尘成分分析的基础上,认为烟气中的粉尘主要来源于铁水碳的析出,提出了通过高炉铁水保温和脱碳处理,治理混铁炉粉尘污染的方法。实验和现场试验研究表明高炉铁水温度变化100℃,铁水碳溶解度平均变化0.24%;加入铁水重量2.05%的滇滩矿粉后,平均可脱除0.18%的碳,并且试验铁罐中片状石墨漂浮物明显减少,达到了减少混铁炉烟气中粉尘含量的目的。Based on the analysis of the dust components discharged from the hot iron mixer and the investigation of molten iron composition,it is considered that the main composition of the dust is graphite,which is thrown out of hot metal. By taking decarburization of hot metal outside blast furnace and keeping the temperature of hot metal,it is possible to lower carbon content in molten iron,hence to reduce the dust emission of hot metal mixer. The results of experiments and field trials research show that the hot metal temperature changed 100 ℃,the carbon solubility would change 0. 24% averagely; The addition of 2. 05% Diantan ore can remove 0. 18% C,and flake graphite in experimental ladles is reduced obviously. Which achieve the purpose of reducing the flue gas dust content from hot metal mixer.
