摘 要:生物质破碎是生物质能源利用和转化的前提条件。生物质原材料普遍抗压强度小、纤维长,应采用冲击、剪切和磨削等多种破碎方式才能实现高效破碎。基于此,文章研发了一套生物质精细破碎的系统,对影响破碎过程的主要参数:转速、刀片与刀盘间距以及物料含水率进行了优化研究。结果表明:该套破碎系统可完成生物质的精细破碎,破碎产品粒径控制在250μm以下,破碎能耗在70~120 kW.h/t之间,主要取决于物料含水率和破碎机工作参数。提高破碎机转速,破碎产品中较细粒径粉体(d<106μm)比重增加,破碎单位能耗上升;减小刀片与刀盘间距可提高生物质的破碎效果,但单位能耗增大;含水率越高,破碎产品中较细粉体的含量越少,单位能耗越大。综合比较,最佳破碎工况为:转速3 600 r/min,动刀片和刀盘之间的间隙8 mm,含水率10.6%,此时的能耗为98 kW.h/t,产品粒径分布为:106μm以下的占71.5%,106μm^250μm占28.5%。Biomass broken is a prerequisite for the utilization and conversion of biomass energy.The biomass raw material generally have long fibers and a small compressive strength.So we should use impact,shearing and grinding crushing way to achieve efficient crushing.This paper develops a set of biomass fine crushing system,on the influence of the main paramenters of crushing process: speed,the blade and the cutter space and material moisture are investigated.The results show that: the particle size of the crushed product is controlled at below 250 μm,crushing energy consumption between 70~120 kW.h/t,mainly depends on the moisture content of materials and operating parameters of the crusher.Improve the speed of the crusher,smaller powder(d<106 μm) of the broken product increase and crushing unit energy consumption rise.Reduce the blade and the cutter space can increase the biomass crushing effect,but the unit energy consumption increase.Moisture content is higher,fine powder content of broken products is few,the unit energy consumption is greater.Comprehensive comparision,best crushing condition is: speed 3 600 r/min,the blade and the cutter space is 8mm,moisture content of 10.6%.At this time,the energy consumption is 98 kW.h/t.Product size distribution: powder below 106 μm accounted for 71.5%,powder between 106 μm and 250 μm accounted for 28.5%.
