摘 要:江西新余某地毯厂生产车间排放的染色废水具有氨氮浓度大和温度高的显著特点。通过正交吹脱实验,考察研究不同因素对该染色废水中氨氮吹脱效率的影响。实验结果表明,吹脱预处理法能够有效地降低高氨氮染色废水中的氨氮浓度,氨氮吹脱效率影响因素程度顺序为pH】吹脱时间】曝气强度,当废水起始温度约为77°C,氨氮浓度为551~702 mg/L,pH值为11,控制吹脱时间为2 h,曝气强度为6.1 L/min时,实验能得到较好的吹脱效果,氨氮去除率可达67.5%以上。High-concentration ammonia and high-temperature are the two remarkable characteristics of dyeing wastewater discharging from the carpet workshop in Xinyu city in Jiangxi province.Orthogonal tests were carried out to investigate the different factors affecting the removal efficiency of ammonia from the dyeing wastewater.The experimental results showed that ammonia could be efficiently removed by air-stripping pretreatment.The sequence of the influence degree on the ammonia stripping efficiency was: pH>stripping time>aeration intensity.As the initial temperature and ammonia concentration were 77 °C and 508~950 mg/L respectively,the preferable ammonia stripping efficiency as high as 67.5% could be obtained at the optimum conditions with pH of 11,stripping time of 2 h and aeration intensity of 6.1 L/min.
