摘  要:随着垃圾焚烧技术的推广,有效处理焚烧烟气中的有毒物质二噁英以达到工业排放标准是当下的一个重要研究课题。分析辐照技术处理垃圾焚烧烟气中二噁英的反应动力学过程,基于Simulink仿真组件进行建模,研究反应环境中包括活性碳、氧气、水等物质的含量和电子束辐照剂量以及OH自由基浓度对二噁英降解率的影响。结果表明,采用电子束辐照处理垃圾焚烧烟气中二噁英的最佳反应条件为:温度小于57℃,电子束剂量控制在为6~10 kGy的范围,活性炭浓度尽量低(辐照前对活性炭进行处理),水的体积分数0.2%以上,同时需保证足够高的OH自由基浓度。With the development of waste incineration technology,eliminating dioxins,a toxic substance in Waste Incineration Flue Gas effectively to meet the industrial emission criterion has been an important subject.Analyze the chemical reaction kinetics process of electron beam irradiation technology on degrading dioxins,base on Simulink simulation module to build model,study effects of the strength of election beam does and the amount of activated Carbon,oxygen,water,OH free radical in reaction environment on dioxins' decomposition efficiency efficiency.Results indicated that the proper reaction condition of electron beam irradiation technology on degrading dioxins are as bellow: temperature lower than 57 ℃,irradiation does of election beam between 6 kGy and 10 kGy,concentration of activated Carbon as low as possible(eliminate activated carbon before irradiation),volume fraction of water more than 0.2% and the concentration of OH free radical high enough.
